About the Stress-free mom program: 

When it comes to stress management and harmony between private and work life, we need four pillars:

  • Mind 
    • Body
      • Soul
      • Time

      I consider the mind as the most important part of stress management.

      As a survivor of burnout, I have tried many different stress management techniques – from meditation (which didn’t work because I wouldn’t let it), jogging, HIIT workout, nicotine, alcohol, tapping,  acupressure… 

      And they worked to some extent but I could never do enough of them to feel stressless in the long run.

      Until I discovered the power of the mindset coaching. 

      I wanted to show it to everyone,  this is how valuable I’ve found it to be.

      The bottom line is, we can make every situation stressful – if we choose to do so.

      And just like that we can as well decide to make the best of it instead of the negative. 

      The problem is that it doesn’t go just “think positively”.

      Our brain needs certain processes to change the engraved beliefs and behaviors.

      Through the process of mastery coaching we do exactly that – give your brain the safe space to change beliefs and behaviors that are keeping you in stress mode.

       

       

      Healthy body is stress resilient. But a stress resilient mind keeps the body healthy. They go hand in hand. If you allow your thoughts to keep you in stress response mode, then your body will suffer too. 

      Why? 

      Because (along with the effect of stress hormones) thinking consumes a lot of energy. That’s why meditation helps to recover energy – because your body gets to rest while you turn the thinking off.

      Soul – allowing yourself to do the things that fill your soul plays an important part in your stress-free life. 

      Because, what good does it do if you are living a stress-free life but are unhappy? That can actually lead to depression. 

      While reducing stress is valuable for overall well-being, it’s equally important to find meaning, purpose, and satisfaction in life. 

      Engaging in activities that align with your values, passions, and interests can promote a sense of fulfillment, enhance mental well-being, and provide a buffer against stress and negative emotions.

      We will discover what fills your soul and empower you to create more room for it in your life.

      For instance, I could not do without music. Performing fills my soul.

      And when I joined a band again, my husband asked me if this was really necessary. I looked at him as if this was some kind of joke. It was necessary. It absolutely was.

       

       

      Time management plays an important role in stress management but it is not the only thing that we need to master to lead a stress free life. 

      I will show you different options for time management, however

      With time management, the most important thing is the relationship we have with time and the beliefs we have. 

      So, if you believe you don’t have the time to keep a healthy body, that you don’t have the time to do the things you want to be doing, then maybe we should look into these beliefs first.

      Because! We make time for what we consider a priority.  

      And excuses,  procrastination etc., they are just there to keep us where we are – designed so the brain would conserve energy.

       

      Within each pillar we look into your SOPs (standard operating procedures), how you operate under stressful conditions. And rewrite them and implement them.
